It’s been ages since I’ve posted on this bad boy.
I am celebrating my triumphant return to tumblr-land through these magnificent house vocal music jam beatz.
Rejoice.
I’m not ashamed to say that I love me some trace.
It just makes you wanna take your shirt off and dance.
…or something like that.

I just can’t.
This is by far one of the best adverts I have ever seen.
The video is a campaign for the Aussie marriage equality group, GetUp!
It was uploaded 4 days ago and already has 1.7 Million hits.
I wonder what it would take to have it aired in the US?
Quasi-related side note:
I still feel uneasy watching people drive on the right side of a car.
[Flash 9 is required to listen to audio.]
I recently viewed the Damien Walters 2011 Showreel and I was once again reminded of how untalented I am.
I can do about 1/64 of what this real, live ninja can do. If I tried to jump over a car, I would go right through the windshield and probably cause more damage to the vehicle than a deer.
Anyways, the track in the background is super British dubstep.
And it makes me feel powerful.
I DARE someone to try to rob me in the streets while I’m listening to this song.
So I’ve always kind of been obsessed with ‘The Haka’.
Even those who know little to nothing about Rugby have at least seen it.
I could get all anthropology on y’all and begin to discuss the importance of ritual and temporality in sport….but I wouldn’t really know what I’m talking about so I’ll let the video do it justice.
Congrats to the New Zealand All Blacks, RWC 2011 Champions.
Every time I listen to this song, I have some sort of soul stirring, holy experience.
I’m not sure if that’s blasphemous or whatever, I just really like this song.
I love this drink with every fiber of my being.
